Why is this data necessary?
- To create a sound and effective Action Plan
- To ensure optimal communication (via phone, email, or WhatsApp) with parents and the school. This communication includes: monthly sending of logbooks and timely informing parents of special circumstances
- To send invoices.
How long is personal data stored?
Personal data is stored for the entire RT period up to a maximum of five years after the last RT session. If there is a need for RT support again within this five-year period, it can be picked up quickly because the history is still available. An exception concerns the personal data required for Financial administration. A retention period of 7 years applies here to comply with the obligations imposed by the Tax Authorities on entrepreneurs.
When is personal data shared with third parties (including schools and other care providers)?
Contact with third parties regarding the coordination of specific educational needs and the exchange of personal data will only take place after approval from the parent(s).
How is personal data digitally secured?
RT Noordwijk aan Zee takes the protection of your data seriously. To protect personal data as best as possible, appropriate measures have been taken to prevent abuse, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
